Down the Coast

It only took me half a year living here before I made it the whole one-and-half-hour-away to the Gold Coast last weekend. Arriving to Surfer's Paradise on Friday night was like stepping in the whole other world, holiday-world. Everything was so overly touristy!

Luckily Linnea knows the place better and showed me other beautiful and not-too-touristy places. During the weekend we went to best cafés on Gold Coast, spend lots of time sitting on the beach at beautiful Burleigh Heads, hiked up to the lookout, visited the Vintage Markets, and just enjoyed! Perfect weather, good company, everything nicely different comparing to the everyday life in the city.
